Don’t be afraid to change

Change is everything, it’s fun, it’s experimentation, it’s sometimes tears but above all else its something we should never be afraid of. We like change, we embrace it and in fact we do everything we can to ensure we can keep changing. To do this you need to be pretty good at a whole load of technical stuff, we think we are.

Concentrate on the real problem

We worry about what matters and we do this by asking our customers and by scientifically testing the work we do. The best thing about working in an agile team is the stuff that does not get done, not because there is no time but because it is not important.
